✈️ 1. Service Description

Elias Express provides private ground transportation services for airport transfers, tourist destinations, events, and corporate services. Our service is available 365 days a year, subject to vehicle availability.


📋 2. Reservations

  • A reservation is considered confirmed only when the client receives an official response from Elias Express via email or WhatsApp.
  • Submitting the form does not guarantee availability; we will contact you within 24 business hours to confirm.
  • All information provided (name, contact, schedules) must be accurate. Elias Express is not responsible for errors due to incorrect data.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 72 hours before: No charge. Full refund if payment was already made.
  • Between 24 and 72 hours before: A charge of 50% of the total service cost applies.
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% of the service is charged with no refund.
  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp to the official Elias Express contact.
  • Elias Express reserves the right to cancel service in cases of force majeure (severe weather, emergencies, etc.), with a full refund to the client.

🔄 4. Reservation Modifications

  • Changes to date, time, or origin/destination must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Modifications are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.
  • Modifications within 24 hours of service may be treated as a partial cancellation.

💳 5. Payment Policy

  • Payment can be made by credit/debit card (via the payment link we send) or by wire transfer (CLABE).
  • Payment must be completed prior to the service to guarantee your assigned vehicle.
  • Proof of payment must be sent to our official email or WhatsApp.
  • Prices are in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include VAT where applicable.

🛡️ 6. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers are responsible for being at the pickup point at the agreed time.
  • Waits exceeding 15 minutes at the pickup location may incur additional charges.
  • Smoking, eating, or consuming alcohol inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
  • The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service.
  • The number of passengers and luggage must not exceed the capacity agreed upon at reservation.

🔒 7. Privacy Policy

Personal data provided (name, phone number, email) is used exclusively to manage your reservation and related service communications.

  • We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.
  • We may send you updates about your reservation or relevant service information.
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us directly.
  • All information is stored securely and handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
